Statement pursuant to Article 141 (part 6) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 and Article 14 of EU Regulation 524/2013

Pursuant to Article 141 (part 6) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September, 2005 (the Italian Consumer Code), Savar S.r.l. hereby informs you that, as a consumer (as defined by Article 3, section 1, letter a) of the Consumer Code), all disputes relating, directly or indirectly, to the entering into, execution, interpretation or termination of the commercial relationships deriving from the use of the services offered by the Technicalceramics.com site that cannot be resolved amicably may be devolved to alternative dispute resolution bodies (ADR) as set out in Articles 141 a) et seq. of the Consumer Code.

Should you wish to engage with said bodies, you may contact the Savar S.r.l. complaints-handling service, which shall inform you if it intends, for its part, to engage with said bodies and, if it does, it shall inform you of all the relevant details to enable you to access them.

Savar S.r.l. informs you, as a Consumer, pursuant to Article 14 of UE Regulation 524/2013, that a European platform has been established for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be consulted at the http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ webpage, where you can also find information on the use of alternative dispute resolution bodies, as well as an up-to-date list of the alternative dispute resolution bodies available, including their contact details, links to the relevant websites, and all of the information required to engage the services of one of said bodies and resolve the controversy online.

In relation to the aforementioned disputes, if you are resident in another EU country, you can also access the European procedure set out in EU Regulation No. 861/2007 of the European Council of 11 July, 2007, which can be consulted on the www.eur-lex.europa.eu site, for the resolution of small disputes. The procedure can be implemented on condition that the value of the claim, net of legal costs, charges and expenses, is no higher than a total of € 2,000.00.

This is without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to engage the services of the local Employment Tribunal, or to implement the out-of-court dispute resolution procedures set out in Part V, Section II-a) of the Consumer Code.
